Mermaids concept

Concepts done a few years ago for a toy company. They were going to be about 10cm high, so I had fun with the textures, especially on the scales to make it interesting visually and kinesthesically. I had a lot of fun making a bunch iterations from classical mermaid to a kind of primitive sea tribe.
